商品詳細介紹Product Introduction
"Monascus red pigment" is a water-soluble pigment that is fermented from red yeast rice and added in water to give a red color. Different from the anthocyanin series of natural pigments, its characteristics are not affected by the acid value and heat resistance, but most of the natural pigments are not resistant to light. If it is installed in a transparent container for a long time, the color will be degraded. However, the rate of decline varies depending on the characteristics of each item and the storage conditions. Therefore, basically, if the natural pigment product has a shelf life of more than half a year, it is recommended to use an opaque material as much as possible for the container or the packaging material.
Application: Suitable for adding in general food, bakery products, beverages, alcohol, candy, ice, jam, noodles, etc.
Storage method: Powder pigment can be stored at room temperature.
